Discover resources designed to help rental property owners & managers in Berkeley.
The Berkeley Rent Board is launching a new event designed to connect local housing providers with the information, services, and community partners they need to successfully manage rental housing. The inaugural Landlord Resource Fair will take place on Tuesday, July 22, bringing together City departments, agencies, and community organizations in one location to provide resources, answer questions, and help landlords navigate a wide range of housing-related topics.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet directly with representatives from participating organizations, learn about available programs and services, and discover resources related to rental housing, property maintenance, safety, energy efficiency, and regulatory requirements. Tabling by:
- Berkeley Rent Board
- Rental Housing Safety Program
- Berkeley Property Owners Association
- Health, Housing, and Community Services
- and more!
The Landlord Resource Fair reflects the Rent Board's commitment to providing practical education for landlords and fostering collaboration with the broader network of agencies and organizations that support Berkeley's rental housing community. By bringing these resources together in one place, the event aims to make it easier for landlords to access trusted information and build connections with local service providers.
The event is free to attend and open to all Berkeley landlords, property owners, and property managers.
