Rent Board Meetings
The elected Rent Board (the "Board") holds regular meetings on the third Thursday of the month, except holidays, at 7:00 p.m. in the Berkeley Unified School District Board Room at 1231 Addison Street. All Board meetings are open to the public and participation is encouraged. All Board meetings are conducted in a hybrid model with both in-person attendance and virtual participation. Please see each meeting’s agenda for links to participate virtually. The Board generally sets its regular meeting schedule each December for the next calendar year. The Board may also schedule special meetings as needed throughout the year. Board meetings are conducted in accordance with the Board's Meeting Procedures.
The Board has formed and maintains a number of committees with specific subject matter focus. Most committees meet monthly with ad hoc committees meeting on an as-needed basis.
