At its March 16, 2023 Regular Meeting and Public Hearing, the Rent Board set Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-2024 annual registration fees for fully covered and Measure MM units.
- Fully covered units: $290 per unit
- Most Measure MM units: $178 per unit.
- Affordable housing projects managed by a nonprofit with an operative regulatory agreement with the City of Berkeley through its Affordable Housing Trust: $37 per unit.
Fees are due by Monday, July 3, 2023!
