Climate Resilience & Habitability Committee
This Committee reviews and monitors matters related to the habitability of rental housing, the resiliency of rental housing to climate change and natural disasters, and the emissions generated by rental housing. This includes, but is not limited to, issues concerning the Implied Warranty of Habitability, reduction in gas use and conversion to electrical appliances, reducing the impacts of mold and other air quality concerns, and increasing the use of residential solar.
